1. Training Delivery Policy

  • All courses are delivered through classroom-based training unless stated otherwise.

  • Training focuses on practical execution, industry workflows, and real-world use cases.

  • Course structure, duration, and curriculum may be updated periodically to stay aligned with industry standards.

2. Enrollment Policy

  • Enrollment is confirmed only after completion of the registration process and payment formalities.

  • Seats are limited per batch and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • ARKAT reserves the right to reschedule or merge batches based on minimum enrollment requirements.

3. Fees & Payment Policy

  • Course fees are communicated clearly at the time of inquiry or enrollment.

  • Partial or instalment-based payments may be offered for select courses, subject to approval.

  • Fees once paid are non-transferable unless explicitly agreed upon by the institute.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Fees paid are generally non-refundable once training has commenced.

  • In exceptional cases (such as batch cancellation by ARKAT), refunds or adjustments may be considered.

  • Any refund decision is at the sole discretion of ARKAT management.

5. Certification Policy

  • Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of the course requirements.

  • Completion criteria may include attendance, assignments, practical work, or assessments.

  • Certificates are for skill validation and training acknowledgment, not academic degrees.

6. Code of Conduct

Students enrolled at ARKAT are expected to:

  • Maintain discipline and professional behavior during training

  • Respect instructors, staff, and fellow learners

  • Follow institute guidelines and classroom rules

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of enrollment without refund.

7. Policy Updates

ARKAT reserves the right to update or modify these service policies at any time.
Any changes will be reflected on this page and become effective immediately upon publication.
